NorexBio ships to research customers and trade partners across:

Processing and cut-off
Standard orders ship within two business days of payment clearing. Orders are dispatched from Germany on the next available cold-chain run. Public and bank holidays in our dispatch country may delay processing by one business day.
Packaging
Every order ships in a temperature-monitored cold-chain box with:
- Pre-filled Retatrutide research pen, refrigerated and protected from light
- Insulated cold-chain packaging with gel cooling elements
- Handling and storage insert with pen-specific instructions
- Temperature indicator (where required by destination or lot)
Tracking
Every order includes:
- Dispatch confirmation email with the carrier tracking number
- Real-time tracking via the carrier portal
- Estimated delivery window for your destination
International orders
International orders may require additional import documentation depending on your jurisdiction. The NorexBio research team coordinates the necessary paperwork with our German fulfilment partner before dispatch.
Risk of loss transfers to the recipient upon carrier delivery. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your shipment encounters a problem
Replacement is guaranteed on any cold-chain deviation or transit damage. Document the temperature indicator (if included), photograph the packaging on arrival, and message the team with photos and the tracking number. Full process is set out in our Returns & Refunds page.
