Trial-aligned ladders
Standard pace mirrors the Phase 2 trial titration (2 → 4 → 6 → 8 → 12 mg, 4-week steps). Conservative and Aggressive are bounded variants.
Observed loss rates
Projection uses ~0.5%/week body-weight loss at maintenance dose, scaled down during titration in proportion to current dose vs maximum.
Pen-mix optimization
We size the order using the cheapest dollar-per-mg combination of our 5, 10, and 20 mg pens to cover the full protocol.
